Williston murder-suspect could be automatically tried as an adult

WILLISTON, N.D. - The 17-year-old Williston man accused of shooting and killing 19-year-old Matthew York and critically injuring 19-year-old Parker Haider on Sunday will make an initial appearance in juvenile court, but could automatically be tried as an adult.
