Undefeated Demons

BISMARCK, N.D. - The Bismarck Demons could not have a better record; they’re undefeated in both conference, and overall standings.

With the state tournament just a month away, these guys have been putting all the necessary work in on the mat during practice to put out the results during their duals.

"I think the most important thing is just going to be all our guys just working hard and showing up," senior wrestler Chase Dockter said. "Obviously we have a couple really good guys that we expect to go out and win it, but I think the most important part is those kind of guys, maybe that aren't expected to win it all. Just still placing and wrestling hard. And we need everyone to show up this year to be successful, and even though we're expected to win, we just have to work hard every week to get better so we can finish the season strong."

With just a few more weeks of competing left until the state tournament in Fargo, the Demons are confident that they have all the components it takes to win.

"You know I do, like I said, I'm going to keep saying it, I have a lot of faith in these guys. Our guys in here are really good, we have a good group of guys, we grind hard in this room, and there's no reason why we can't repeat," said senior Ryan Ripplinger.

The Demons are back on the mat Thursday in Belcourt.
