Scott Kittell inducted into Minot Baseball Hall of Fame

MINOT, N.D. – Longtime sports broadcaster Scott Kittell has been inducted into the Minot Baseball Hall of Fame.

Kittell is a former president and board member of Magic City Youth Baseball, two-time president and current member of the NDAP Sportscasters & Sportswriters Association, and has been the voice of the Minot State Beavers for the last 16 years. He's been the voice of Minot High football and basketball since 1975.

Kittell played Magician baseball and Legion baseball in the summer in his playing days.

The induction ceremony will be Friday, June 28 at Corbett Field at around 8 p.m., right before the Heilman's Performance Invitational's last game of the day.
