The Bobcats have two games with Minot this week and Bismarck is vying for a playoff spot in the Central Division.
One of the main reasons for the recent surge is Johnny Roberts. He is the goaltender of the month in the N.A.H.L.
Roberts went 6-1-1 in February and he's third in the league with 23-wins.
"He's a captain of this hockey team and if you look at the last two years what he has done. I know I always her the cliché how small goaltenders can't play, two years ago he led the whole league in save percentage and last year he was pretty close to it if we didn't struggle down the stretch so I'm very confident we have one of the best goalies in the league if not the best," said Bobcats Head Coach Layne Sedevie.
The Bobcats are in Minot on Wednesday and the Tauros come to Bismarck on Saturday.
