Fit Tips: Viking Workout

Jack Springgate channels his inner Viking with Spectrum Fitness in this week's fit tip.

Trainer Rachelle Sian is with me and thinks I'll be saying "oof dah" a lot by the end of this. So what exactly am I going to be doing?

“I'm Scandinavian by heritage and I love the Viking heritage. I think it's very cool. So we decided to make our boot camp classes called Viking classes. Today, what we're going to be doing is mostly upper body strengthening. So lots of arm workout today with a cardiovascular partner. You can be a beginner, all the way to advanced. If you're a beginner, you just use less weight in your workout. This workout can absolutely be done at home with just a couple dumbbells,” Sian said.

Alright, that's a workout that belongs at Hostfest if not in my weekly routine.
