Fans celebrate another Bison win

FRISCO, Texas - It's a great day to be a North Dakota State fan; the Bison are champions once again.

It's nothing new for these fans but it still feels just as sweet as the first time.

"We pinch ourselves every time we come down here. Every game we gotta live it up," said Andy Glass, Fargo, N.D.

NDSU has won an unprecedented seven of the last eight FSC National Championships.

"This is the seventh championship I've been at and I have no idea what it would be like to drive 20 hours home after a loss," said Dave Miller, Donnybrook, N.D.

Here in Frisco, the fans showed up like they have in previous years, making it almost feel like a home game for the Bison.

"We took another one home, its great to be a Bison at this time. Lets see Eastern Washington back again next year, it'll be a great game once again, " said Jon Ellingson, Fargo, N.D.

And while the Bison led the whole game, there were a couple times the fans were on the edge of their seats.

"Got worried a little bit, but enough to keep you excited, but then, yeah, they took care of them," said Don Scofield, Minot, N.D.

The Bison won by a final score of 38 to 24.
