Class-A Basketball Polls

A pair of buzzer-beater victories propelled the Century Patriots boys basketball team up to second in the Class-A Boys Basketball Poll conducted by the North Dakota A.P. Sportscasters & Sportswriters Association.

Century's Cade Feeney hit the game-winner verses Mandan on Tuesday and the Patriots Treyton Mattern had the magic, last second touch against Bismarck High last week. The Demons loss knocked Bismarck into a tie for 3rd-place while Fargo Davies is the new number one.

Not nearly the excitement on the girls side. Century is the only undefeated team in Class-A, which means the Patriots keep the hold they have on the number one position in the voting. The St.Mary's girls are ranked second.
