WILLISTON, N.D. - Williams county voters are heading to the polls to make their vote count.

"There's a lot of issues that involve everyone in the community and area and we need to be heard," sayid Tim Ritter, Williston resident.

Doors opened early at 8 a.m. at the Williston ARC for voters to sign-in and submit their votes.

"It was so simple, just come in here and fill in a couple of those circles and make sure they are black so it can go into the machine," said Kent Ralph, Williston resident.

It doesn't require a lot of time and effort to make a great impact in the community.

"Voting is our civic duty and we need to get out here for our community. And with the way things are going, if you don't vote you don't have a say," said Douglass Gamble, Williston resident.

The Williams County polling locations are open until 7 p.m CDT.
