A Williston man is facing charges of terrorizing and reckless endangerment after police say he threatened a woman and tried to run her over in a cemetery.

Late Sunday night, Williston police say 45-year-old Jason Hartwig was driving an SUV with a woman passenger when he reportedly told her to "buckle up, because this is your last ride."

A witness saw the SUV brake suddenly and skid on the road. A woman got out of the SUV and started walking into Riverview Cemetery. The witness saw Hartwig drive into the cemetery yelling, "I will kill you!" and try to run the woman over.

Police found tire marks in the grass and arrested Hartwig at a Williston residence.
