Gov. Dalrymple speaks on state budget crunch
After facing a billion dollar budget shortfall, Governor Jack Dalrymple decided to issue an across the board cut of more than four percent for each state agency.
He also dipped into the Budget Stabilization Fund, sometimes known as the "rainy day" fund.
Now, the state has missed tax revenue projections again, this time, $100 million through June.
Dalrymple has called the legislature back for a special session to discuss the budget crunch.
