MANDAN, N.D. - A Mandan man accused of holding a woman captive for four days in August has a warrant issued for his arrest.

Twenty-eight-year-old Charles Hale was scheduled for a criminal hearing Tuesday morning after his felony jury trial was cancelled but he didn't show up.

Hale is accused of not allowing a 25-year-old woman to leave his home or use her cellphone. Police say the woman had several bruises on her arms and neck.
