Visit Minot hosted A Midsummer's Night Festival at the Scandinavian Heritage Center June 8.
The night included a bounce house, parade of flags, live music and free food.
The event began at 6 p.m. and the movie was shown around 10 p.m.
The annual bonfire will also happened as well as a chance to listen to all of the Nordic countries national anthems.
"We just wanted to do a good community event to get people out and kick off summer. To have fun with your family in our beautiful park here in Minot. We invite everyone to come out and enjoy the evening," says Rianne Kuhn, Director of Marketing, Visit Minot.
Visit Minot's next event will be at the Roosevelt Park but the date has not been announced.
