BISMARCK, N.D. - Ulises Villalobos is back in North Dakota after waiving extradition in the Minnehaha County Courthouse in South Dakota.
He appeared in court Monday morning at the Burleigh County Courthouse. He is being charged for attempted murder and fleeing a police officer and could face a maximum of 25 years.
"I'm asking for $500,000 cash bond, and the condition that if the defendant can post bond, that he's not allowed to leave the Bismarck area,” said assistant state’s attorney Marina Spahr.
Villalobos is being held at the Burleigh Morton County Detention Center.
