Vice President Mike Pence to visit North Dakota again

GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Another visit to North Dakota from Vice President Mike Pence has been confirmed. Pence will be in Grand Forks on July 25.

Rep. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., tweeted this photo of him, his wife and the Vice President to the city of Grand Forks, saying “July 25 will be a memorable day.” And “Get ready for a visitor. Details to follow soon.”

Pence visited Minot Air Force Base in October of 2017 talking about the importance of Minot in our nation’s strategic defense. Grand Forks Air Force is home to unmanned aerial systems giants Northrup Grumman and General Atomics.

A joint use agreement was signed between the Air Force and Grand Sky to use Grand Forks Air Force Base runway for private and public operations.

Next month the UAS Summit and Expo will be held at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks.
