State troopers have released the name of the bus driver cited with failure to yield right of way.
Troopers say 62-year-old Kevin Faris was driving the bus and he came to a complete stop before pulling out into the intersection of county road 140 and Terrier Lane north of Mandan.
The bus was struck by a van driven by 33-year-old Brandy Dazell.
Dazell and her passenger, 30-year-old Cara Leintz, sustained minor injuries.
Seven students were on the school bus, but none were hurt.
