STEELE, N.D. - The North Dakota Highway Patrol officers say Friday is a busy day clearing crashes on the interstates.
Troopers say a semi went off the road on I-94 near Steele. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
In Fargo, a trooper was providing traffic control for a tow truck on I-94 in the morning.
According to the NDHP twitter account, a passing vehicle nearly hit the officer.
Law enforcement stopped the driver and arrested them for their fourth DUI since 2017 and second in 2019.
Troopers say they want to remind people to slow down in slick conditions, get over for emergency vehicles, including plows, and always drive sober.
