Trial set for PA man accused of threatening teen with nude photographs

A jury trial is scheduled for 19-year-old Codie Nelson who is accused of pretending to be a modeling agent to get nude photographs.

Nelson’s trial is set for April 15, and is scheduled for two days in Morton County.

He is charged with use of a minor in sexual performance and promoting obscenity to minors.

Nelson is accused of messaging a 16-year-old on social media offering hourly payment and additional compensation.

The teen sent a photo to him and he then told her he scammed her and threatened to send the photo to her family and friends.
