Trial set for Mandan vicious dog case

MANDAN, N.D. - The trial for the woman accused of owning two vicious dogs in Mandan is set for October.

Antoinette Fleck is charged with vicious dogs after two people were attacked by her two dogs, Beast and Eric, in July.

Earlier this month she asked for her dogs to be euthanized following the vicious attack that left a woman and her 7-year-old daughter in the hospital. The little girl had to undergo hours of surgery.

Both of the victims are doing better but the last time KFYR-TV spoke to them they said it would be a long road for recovery.

Fleck’s misdemeanor trial is scheduled for Oct. 18 at 9 a.m.
