Train crash tears trailer in half

NEW ROCKFORD, N.D. - A freight train crashed into a truck going from a soybean field to a grain elevator near New Rockford just after 11:00 a.m. Thursday.

Patrolmen say Arlo Stedman of Glenfield didn't stop at a railroad crossing.

The train split the trailer in half.

Fortunately, Stedman's expected to be ok.

He faces a charge of failure to stop for a railroad crossing.
