Traffic stop in Lincoln, N.D., leads to sizable drug bust

LINCOLN, N.D. - A Lincoln Police Department traffic stop lead to a sizable drug bust and more than $8,000 in cash.

Officer Mark Thueson pulled over the vehicle at an entrance to Lincoln Elementary School.

Authorities say they found methamphetamine, paraphernalia, heroin, marijuana and several types of prescription pills, along with the cash in the vehicle.

There were also two children in the vehicle.

The identities of those involved are not being released because of the investigation.
