MANDAN, N.D. - Officers say traffic enforcement in Mandan is up nearly 20 percent from 2017 to 2018.

Police attribute the increase to the city's growth.

Department leaders said in their annual report the biggest increases came in tickets for Reckless Driving, Fleeing and Stop Sign/Red Light violations.

Law enforcement says other crime stayed fairly consistent from year-to-year.
