Tow To Go keeps impaired drivers off the road

BISMARCK, N.D. - AAA is reminding drivers not to drink and drive this holiday weekend with the Tow To Go Program.

People in 10 states, including North Dakota, can get a free tow up to 10 miles. The ride is completely confidential and non AAA members are still able to use the service.

Some Bismarck residents feel safer during St. Patrick's Day because of this program.

"Keeps people safe. And people driving, it keeps them safe. It keeps other people who aren't drinking safe and helps everybody all around," said Emily Olson, Bismarck resident.

Since 1998, Tow To Go has removed more than 25,000 impaired drivers from the roads.
