Student found with BB gun at Horizon Middle School

Bismarck police say a student at Horizon Middle School brought a BB gun to school on Tuesday.

Lt. Luke Gardiner says the student was making threats with the BB gun to other students at a bus stop.

Once school administration were notified, the BB gun was taken from the student.

The student was then released to their mother.

Gardiner says no students were injured.

The student was cited for terrorizing and violation of a concealed weapon.
