State Parole Board works to manage inmate population due to coronavirus concerns

The state Parole Board held a special meeting Friday morning to help manage the inmate population in response to coronavirus concerns.

Sixty inmates appeared, seeking release for early parole.

And 56 of those requests were granted.

They will be released throughout April.
