Sky Zone Bismarck set to open next week
With the past three months knowing that a new trampoline park is coming to Bismarck, Sky Zone is close to opening their doors on Ottawa Street.
It’s the Christmas gift every child is waiting to open. As it’s getting colder outside, things are heating up in Sky Zone as it prepares to open.
Although it’s quiet inside of Sky Zone now in less than a week it’ll be nothing but laughter and smiles. With the weather permitting, Sky Zone is hoping to open before December 23 and the employees are hopping with joy.
"Very excited, very excited. The people in Bismarck, Mandan and surrounding areas are also very excited. We get calls all the time to schedule the open jumps and parties and the after-prom parties and all of that,” says Drazen Samardzic, Part Owner of Sky Zone.
It’s been a long time coming for Sky Zone to come to the area, and the owners, who experienced the slam dunking and obstacle courses, made it happen to have the entertainment brought here.
“It’s just exciting to see how an experience could lead to the creation of a new source of entertainment for Bismarck,” says Dot Frank, Marketing Director.
The 25,000 square- foot facility has the newest and modern trampolines in the market with the best camera and alarm systems in use. But with all the calls Sky Zone has been getting, some employees are getting nervous for the doors to open.
“I’m afraid that we won’t be able to handle how many people will come. Of course we will, but I know there’s going to be a big crowd to serve. We will try our best to accommodate everybody,” says Samardzic.
People of all ages can experience the fun of Sky Zone. Sky Zone is open Monday - Friday from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. during the school year.
