BISMARCK, N.D. - Bismarck police are investigating the vandalism that took place at Sleepy Hollow Theatre and Arts Park Sunday evening, causing the performance to be cancelled.

Sleepy Hollow executive director Susan Lundberg says the vandalism occured sometime between 3:30 and 5 Sunday evening. Bismarck police received the call around 5:15.

A dressing room window was broken, makeup splattered, walls, mirrors and clothing were spray painted gold. Glass was broken and scattered along counter tops and floors.

"Every inch of this place we have touched, we have worked with, we have painted, we have developed. So when people have random disregard, I think is what is the saddest part," said Susan Lundberg, Executive Director.

Lundberg says the show will go on Monday, even if they have to stay all night to clean up the estimated one thousand dollars worth of damage.
