Sen. Hoeven supports Judge Kavanaugh's Supreme Court appointment

Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D., said Tuesday that he supports Judge Kavanaugh's Supreme Court appointment. Hoeven says Kavanaugh has a long record of upholding the constitution on the bench.

He says while it's important to treat the accusers with respect, he says he's going with the facts.

Hoeven says he anticipates a vote on either Friday or Saturday.
