MORTON COUNTY, N.D. - A Canadian woman is hospitalized after her semi rolled over Saturday morning.
48-year-old Kathleen Marie of Steinbach, Manitoba was driving a semi with her two dogs on I-94.

North Dakota Highway Patrol says she approached the exit too fast, causing the semi to roll into the ditch and fall on the driver's side.

Highway Patrol says the driver and dogs did not appear to be injured in the crash. Marie was transported to CHI St. Alexius.

The pets were taken by Bismarck Police Department Animal Control, until Marie is medically cleared.

Marie was charged with careless driving.
