Preliminary hearing changed for man charged in Mandan quadruple murder

The Washburn man charged in connection to the quadruple homicide in Mandan has had his preliminary hearing rescheduled.

Forty-four-year-old Chad Isaak was scheduled to have his day in court next Tuesday.

Thursday, the court docket shows his next hearing will now be on August 12 at 9 a.m.

Isaak is being held at the Burleigh Morton Detention Center on a $1 million bond.

Isaak is accused of killing Robert Fakler, Adam Fuehrer, and Bill and Lois Cobb at the RJR Maintenance and Management office on April 1.

He is also facing charges of burglary, concealment within a vehicle and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Court records reflect that Isaak has four attorneys on his case.
