MINOT, N.D. - A judge has ordered a Minot man who faced charged in a series of incidents around town to two years behind bars, and to pay more than $26,000 in restitution.
Prosecutors had accused 38-year-old Blake Lund with breaking into an apartment last September and confronting a resident.
Two months later, he had a brush-up with a Minot SWAT team where officers say he attacked a police robot.
Most recently, Ward County corrections officers say Lund tried to break out of his jail cell.
He'll receive credit for 119 days already served, and must undergo a chemical dependency test.
Several of the charges were dismissed in the deal.
