UPDATE: No additional charges for Pfaff

BISMARCK, N.D. - UPDATE: Friday morning, Lt. Luke Gardiner said there will be no additional charges for Cole Pfaff regarding LeahMae Morsette.


ORIGINAL STORY: The man Bismarck Police were looking for on Tuesday in connection to a missing 7-month-old was arrested on warrants Tuesday night.

Cole Pfaff, 31, was arrested on three warrants not connected to the disappearance of LeahMae Morsette.

Lt. Luke Gardiner with the Bismarck Police Department says officers received a tip at 10:00 p.m. that Pfaff was sleeping in a camper in a backyard of the 1800 block of E. Bowen Ave.

Pfaff was arrested for unpaid child support and two failure to pay fines warrants.

Gardiner says Pfaff was questioned about Morsette. Morsette was found around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday at Sanford Health in Bismarck.
