Pet of the Week

In this week's pets of the week, we are featuring two adoptable pets from the Souris Valley Animal Shelter.

The first is Gregory, a one year old black cat.

Gregory would do best with a family who wants him as an indoor-outdoor cat.

If you maybe have a mouse problem in a barn, shop, or garage Gregory would love to help eliminate that problem.

He is already neutered, he loves to talk and is very curious and independent.

The next animal we have is Madea.

She is a five year old American Staffordshire Terrier mix.

Madea falls under Minot's BSL ordinance so she would need a home that is outside of city limits.

She is as sweet as can be, loves to snuggle and she cannot stop wagging her tail.

She is kennel-trained and does well with people and some dog breeds.

She loves walks and is great on car rides! You might notice her right eye.

She had a pervious injury that made her lose most of her vision but it is all healed and should not need further medical attention.

If you would like to adopt either of these animals the Souris Valley Animal Shelter is open Tuesday through Friday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday noon to 5 p.m.. They will be closed on Thanksgiving.
