MINOT, N.D. - A man and woman from Minot each face criminal charges after a narcotics task force operation turned up nearly 30 grams of methamphetamine.
According to a criminal affidavit, a task force officer had dispatch run a records check on 38-year-old Erica Requejo after spotting her driving in northeast Minot Wednesday.
Investigators say Requejo drove to a motel where 30-year-old Craig Donohoe got into her car. Officers eventually stopped the car, and a search of the car revealed a cup with bag inside containing 29.3 grams of methamphetamine.
Both face a charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. Requejo, who remains in custody, also faces a 3rd-offense charge of driving under suspension.
Donohoe has since bonded out.
