Painting a legacy

BISMARCK, N.D. - For more than 20 years, Theo Art School has provided art activities to the Bismarck-Mandan area and one Texas woman has built her family around instructing art there.

Liliana Norby says her mother and grandmother introduced her to art at a young age, and now she's teaching her children and other students about the beauty of art.

"After 11 years, every Monday morning when I work through the doors of my studio, I still get goosebumps. I always feel like we can do more; 'What can we do today?'," said Theo Art School Executive Director, Liliana Norby.

Norby first moved to Bismarck from Austin because she wanted a change of scenery after hearing about the unique weather in the state.
