Outdoor skating rinks beginning to fill up

BISMARCK, N.D. - Bismarck Parks and Recreation is starting to fill its outdoor skating rinks.

On Monday morning a crew started putting water down at Solheim, Municipal and Jaycee parks.

They say they'll be working in the mornings throughout the week to get ice laid. The crew says they're hoping for colder weather soon, which will help the ice freeze better.
