BISMARCK, N.D. - Northern Plains Dance says it's expanding.
Owners say they're moving into a new building on East Front Avenue and hope to start using it by summer.
It's more than twice as big as the place they're using and plan to add more studios, a theater and art gallery to offer more services.
"We get more than enough space and a parking lot with this purchase, and it also gives us the opportunity to expand our programs. I think one of the things I'm most excited about is it gives us the opportunity to also serve the rest of the performing arts in Bismarck," said Director Hollis Mackintosh Heid.
Northern Plains Dance is expanding from a 7,000-square-foot space to more than 16,000 square feet.
