The oil industry experienced a drop in production of about 2,000 barrels per day between October and November.
Natural gas production per day was up, but the monthly total showed a decrease.
Gas capture was up to 83%, though the goal is 88%, and will ramp up to 91% in November.
"Elk Creek, the natural gas liquids pipeline came online in early December and that is enabling four of our new gas plants to go to full capacity so I think the December numbers, and certainly the January numbers are going to look much much better," said Lynn Helms, oil and gas director.
Helms says cold weather could have caused the slow-down.
