MINOT, N.D. - The State Fair parade is changing course this year, but most in attendance might not even notice.
The North Dakota State Parade begins at the corner of Broadway and Burdick at 9:15 a.m. Saturday.
The exit for parade participants is moving to ease traffic flow going to and from the fairgrounds.
Instead of heading right on 4th Ave. NE and then turning south on 27th St. NE until you reach the light, the parade exit will take a left on 4th Ave. SE to an RV parking lot.
That's where parents can meet their kids and where people can get picked up after the parade.
