MINOT, N.D. - A Minot man who had child abuse charges against him dropped in August now faces a new series of charges.
Prosecutors have filed 10 felony counts against 51-year-old Brent Castleman, six counts of child abuse and four counts of child neglect.
The complaint and affidavit were filed under seal.
Castleman remains in custody in the Ward County Jail, according to online records.
Judge Michael Hurly was assigned to the case after Judge Gary Lee had a conflict of interest.
We reached out to Castleman's attorney, who could not comment on the case.
Castleman will make his initial appearance on the charges under Judge Hurly Monday afternoon.
