BISMARCK, N.D. - North Bismarck will soon be home to a new, casual take-out restaurant.
New York To Go Pizza and Gyro is in the final phases of construction.
Executive Chef and General Manager John Stanton says the restaurant will feature a New York water filter system. The water from the filter will be used to make the dough, so instead of New York "style," they will serve authentic, New York pizza.
The restaurant will also feature a vertical spinning gyro station.
Stanton says they're excited to be a part of north Bismarck's growth.
“The town's big enough for more restaurants. So, Bismarck's growing. It's the perfect time to expand," Stanton said.
Stanton says he plans on completing the finishing touches and training the 20-person staff.
The restaurant is set to open by mid-December.
New York To Go is located at 820 43rd Avenue NE Bismarck.
