NDDOT drivers license chief resigns

BISMARCK, N.D. - The North Dakota Department of Transportation says their Drivers License Division Director Glenn Jackson has resigned after being on administrative leave since February 12. Jackson was under a workplace investigation according to the agency.

In an email, the department says:

“NDDOT has accepted Drivers License Division Director Glenn Jackson’s resignation as of May 3. The department has named an interim director until the position can be filled.

The NDDOT conducted a workplace investigation process, per agency policy, to review and investigate employee concerns. The workplace investigation process was implemented from February- April 2019 to gather facts and determine any conclusions regarding allegations made by Drivers License employees. Glenn Jackson, Drivers License Division Director was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the workplace investigation regarding allegation of his professional behavior, management style, decision making and handling of opportunities within the Drivers License Division.

NDDOT has employee policies in place and provides training on employee conduct and other policies on an annual basis.”
