ND Supreme Court halts eviction proceedings in response to coronavirus

In response to the coronavirus epidemic, the North Dakota Supreme Court has put a halt to all eviction proceedings.
The justices say this is because public facilities, including courthouses, are closed.
If a plaintiff can show “good cause” a trial court may proceed on its own discretion.
