ND House bill to expand conditions for medical marijuana qualifications passes

A North Dakota house bill expanding conditions for what patients can get medical marijuana for has passed in the house by a vote of 89-4.

House bill 1519 adds 12 new conditions:


Anorexia nervosa

Bulimia nervosa

Anxiety disorder

Tourette syndrome

Ehlers-Danlos syndrome

Endometriosis

Interstitial cystitis

Neuropathy

Opioid use disorder

Opioid withdrawal

Migraine

Rheumatoid arthritis

Autism spectrum disorder


The bill will now move to the Senate to be voted on.
