Morton County Sheriff’s Office is looking for anyone with information on a break-in at multiple storage units in Hebron.

Public Information Officer, Maxine Herr says six units had locks broken off between Monday and early Wednesday but nothing seems to be missing. She says deputies recovered a blue checkered backpack north of the area of the break-ins that may be connected to the crime.

The witness that found the bag called police after they found a knife inside.

Deputies say the bag had a knife, pry bar, rope and binoculars.

MCSO asks people in the Hebron area to remain aware of any suspicious activity. If you have any information on the break-ins or the blue back bag, contact 701-667-3330. Deputies say information may be given anonymously.
