BISMARCK, N.D. - Food, hygiene products and other free services will be available Thursday afternoon from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Bismarck Public Library for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
The Bismarck school district is teaming up with the Missouri Valley Coalition for the Homeless for the annual Project Service Connect.
"I will be there to help identify any families that might be experiencing homelessness and either don't have their kids registered yet, and need help with that or maybe if they need some school supplies and backpacks and they qualify for the program then I would be able to help them out with those things ," said Sherrice Roness, of Bismarck Public Schools.
Services including haircuts, dental education, and housing options. Military and veteran affairs will also be available.
