Minot motorcycle club accused of selling liquor without license

MINOT, N.D. - State prosecutors have charged a Minot motorcycle club with selling alcohol without a license.

Police say they found a full bar and a cash register when they searched the Ice Cold Ryders Motorcycle Club earlier this month.

Court records indicate the club does not have a license from the state or city.

The club says the money it received was donated.

Representatives for the group appeared in court Wednesday.

The judge granted a defense request to postpone the case, so it could continue gathering evidence and file more motions.

The group is set to stand trial on the A-misdemeanor charge in March.
