UPDATE: Minot Police investigating overnight shooting

MINOT, N.D. - UPDATE: The Minot Police Department says they responded to Trinity Emergency Room just after 12:45 a.m. Monday for a 28-year-old man who was being treated for a gunshot wound.

Police say the man was shot in a vehicle at a southeast Minot apartment complex before being taken to the hospital by another person who was in the vehicle.

The man is still being treated but is in stable condition.

Investigators are working to identify the suspect in the shooting. No arrests have been made at this point. Police say this is an isolated incident and do not believe there is any
threat to the public.
