WASHBURN, N.D. – Minot city leaders will hold an executive retreat Wednesday and Thursday in Washburn.
Minot aldermen will join Mayor Shaun Sipma and City Manager Tom Barry at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center.
The group will discuss a wide variety of topics over the two days, from long-term strategic planning, to the city’s financial outlook, to developing a recycling program, to the 2020 Census.
A quorum is expected, and the meetings are open to the public.
The Interpretive Center is located at 2576 8th Street SW, Washburn, ND, 58577. The retreat will run from Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
A spokesperson for the city says that those participating are commuting to Washburn each day.
