Minot Air Force Base's 'Team Minot' honored for community support

‘Team Minot’ was honored as having the best community support at the recent Air Force Global Strike Command scoreposting event.

The award, given out since 2017, honors the community that gives the most outstanding support to its local AFGSC base.

The award is judged on programs that support the lives of airmen and their families, improvements to infrastructure, efforts to secure state and federal funding to support airmen and the base, and overall hospitality to airmen and their families.
