Memorial Day Ceremony planned for Rosehill Cemetery in Minot

MINOT, N.D. – Those who have given their lives fighting for our country will be honored Monday at an annual ceremony at Rosehill Memorial Cemetery in Minot.

Lt. Col. Matthew Stanley, the deputy commander of the 5th Operations Group at Minot Air Force Base, will offer a keynote address.

Miss North Dakota USA Samantha Redding will sing the national anthem.

The program will begin at 10:30 a.m. The public is invited to attend and bring a chair.

There will be a brief ceremony and scattering of rose petals at the 8th Street bridge in Minot at 8 a.m. Monday.
